Restoring a purchase

The unlock is tied to your Apple Account. On a new Mac, or after reinstalling, open Focus Cadence, choose Settings from the menu bar icon, and click Restore on the About tab. If you share purchases through Family Sharing, members of your family can restore it the same way.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests go to Apple rather than to us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where settings live

Everything is stored on your Mac. Nothing syncs, so a preset made on one Mac does not appear on another.
