Support

If something is not working, or you are not sure how a setting behaves, write to support@focuscadence.work and you will get a reply from the person who wrote the app. Please mention your macOS version and what you expected to happen.

Restoring a purchase

The unlock is tied to your Apple Account. On a new Mac, or after reinstalling, open Focus Cadence and choose Restore Purchases. If you share purchases through Family Sharing, members of your family can restore it the same way.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests go to Apple rather than to us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where settings live

Everything is stored on your Mac. Nothing syncs, so a preset made on one Mac does not appear on another.
